Capstone Construction has been engaged under a D&C contract to deliver 2 new industrial warehouse buildings with a combined footprint of 37,270m2.

Construction will include a new double storey office with lift, dedicated hardstand, pavements and parking facilities.

The development is targeted for 5 Star Green Star certification, and we are implementing best practices in sustainable design to ensure that the final facility achieves this top-tier environmental performance rating.
